Technician Road Crew

Wilmington Door & Hardware is now looking for an independent-minded, solutions-oriented Installation Technician for our road crews. This individual will work with a Lead Installer and be in a position to both “learn” and to “do.” All vehicles, equipment, tools, and materials will be furnished by Wilmington Door & Hardware. This position reports to our Manager of Installation, and the Lead Installer. Above all else, we value our commitment to our customers, which includes an understanding and friendly demeanor, attention to detail, a passion to produce superior work, and an ear & eye to keep in mind and interpret customer needs and requests.

Requirements 

  • Clean Driving Record
  • Knowledge and experience with power tools.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Warehouse Associate

Wilmington Door & Hardware is now looking for an independent-minded, solutions-oriented Installation Technician for our road crews. Responsibilities 

  • Process, package, and ship orders accurately
  • Organize stocks and maintain inventory.
  • Inspect products for defects and damage.
  • Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments.
  • Organize warehouse space.
  • Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
  • Check, verify, and fill customer invoices.
  • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized daily.

Requirements and skills 

  • Proven warehouse experience
  • Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
  • Team player with organizational skills
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
